Singapore Company Registration Conditions

1. The company name in Singapore must be in English and currently does not accept Chinese registration. Ordinary companies use PTE LTD. End.

2. The minimum registered capital standard for Singaporean companies is S $10000, with no upper limit. Singapore companies usually have no strict time limit for the full payment of registered capital and do not levy stamp duty.

3. The registered address of a Singapore company must be local to Singapore. If there is a change in the registered address, the Singapore Accounting and Enterprise Control Authority must be notified within 14 days.

4. Singapore companies can choose their own business scope and can choose up to two business projects. Special industries require special government approval.

5. The company's directors must be natural persons over the age of 18 and may consist of one or more, but at least one of them is a local director in Singapore.

Local directors in Singapore must meet one of the following conditions:

a. Singaporean citizens

b. Permanent Resident of Singapore (PR)

c. Entrepreneurial permit holder

6. There are no restrictions on the composition of shareholders in Singapore companies, and they can be either natural persons or companies.
