Japanese company registration conditions
1. Registered Company Name in Japan
When registering a new Japanese company, as long as the company's registered address is different, the same company name does not matter. However, for well-known and well-known companies that have already registered trademarks, it is not allowed to have duplicate names.
2. Registered address of Japanese company
When registering a Japanese company, the registered address of the Japanese company only needs to be registered with the number (X Ding Mu X Fan X Hao). There is no need to submit a lease agreement for the office or store during actual registration. Of course, it is also possible to use one's own residence as the registered address of the company (excluding those applying for investment and operation visas), and the consent of the property management unit is also required.
3. Business scope of Japanese company registration
After the establishment of the company, the business projects it engages in and the projects it plans to operate in the future can all be registered (except for illegal projects) with no limit on the number of registration entries. Of course, after registration and establishment, changes (additions, changes) to business items can also be made, but the change registration procedures of the Legal Bureau need to be handled.
4. Registered capital of Japanese companies
According to the new Japanese company law, a company can also be established by investing 1 yen. However, the amount of capital is actually a manifestation of a company's strength, and a company with a registered capital of 1 yen is relatively disadvantaged in terms of strength and external credit. If the capital is less than 10 million yen (excluding 10 million yen), it can be exempted from consumption tax for 2 years.
5. Shareholders and directors
According to the new company law in Japan, when applying to register a company, there should be at least one director (that is, one person is also acceptable when registering a company). This director becomes the 'representative legal person' of the company upon registration. In addition, the company may not establish supervisors or accountants.
