UK company registration conditions
(1) Registered shareholders of UK companies:
Shareholders can be individuals or other limited companies without nationality restrictions, and all shareholders must be at least 18 years old;
(2) Company Director: At least one director, who can be a person of any nationality.
All materials submitted to the company registration authority, including the information of the company's shareholders and directors, are public and available for public inspection.
(3)Registered capital: The minimum registered capital is £ 1, with a maximum of £ 1 million available. The registered capital does not need to be actually paid, and if the capital exceeds £ 1 million, a one thousandth stamp duty must be paid;
